If you are a new user who is registering, select either to use your UNMC/Nebraska Medicine credentials or non-UNMC/Nebraska Medicine.

You must fill out all the contact information, specifically:

• Name (first and last)
• email
• campus or direct phone number
• Address (campus building, room #)
• City
• State
• Campus zip code (4-digit campus zip required for deliveries on UNMC/Nebraska Medicine main campus)

Once registration is submitted, watch your email (check junk box) for a request to provide a cost center or WBS for the activation requirements.
